i-ms can assist or undertake analysis reviews of cost control procedures.

i-ms will undertake:

• A review of existing cost control systems
  
  
• Data monitoring and advise upon the strengths and weaknesses of current cost control systems
  
  
• Assisting in adapting existing cost control systems or assist in the design and implementation of new cost control procedures.  Together with the monitoring of the new or improved systems.
