Project Management of Developments

i-ms can assist or undertake project management services on current or new building projects.

i-ms will undertake:

• The programming and overseeing operations from conception through to completion, including post completion monitoring.
  
  
• The management of procurement and monitoring of required resources covering labour, materials and plant to meet programme requirements.
  
  
• Financial and contractual position reported throughout the project at regular intervals on production progress to programme and cost to complete.
  
  
• The managing and monitoring of individual activities to the control of all operations procedures for the complete project.
